COMPENSATION
Compensation for roles at San Jose Behavioral Health varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, San Jose Behavioral Health provides a reasonable salary range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California as set forth below.
SJBH hourly range = $60.00 - $79.00 / hour
PURPOSE STATEMENT:
Responsible for day to day oversite of nursing operations of the facility and ensures staffing is adequate to provide care. When scheduled, oversees the delivery of behavioral health/nursing services in a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times. As needed, collaborates with interdisciplinary treatment teams, other departments and administration to ensure that all residents’ physical, biopsychosocial, age, developmental and cultural needs are met and when they are not met, acknowledges and works to resolve customer complaints. Provide leadership to assure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, as well as nursing practice standards. Recognizes that patient safety is a top priority.

LICENSES/DESIGNATIONS/CERTIFICATIONS:
Current certification or license to practice within the state where the facility is located.
CPR and de-escalation/restraint certification required (training available upon hire and offered by facility).
First aid may be required based on state or facility.
