Licensed Therapist - San Jose Behavioral Health
Shift: 8:30 am to 5:00 pm Monday through Friday with some weekend rotations
This role provides therapeutic services to individuals and families experiencing emotional and behavioral health challenges. Responsibilities include conducting psychosocial assessments, developing and updating treatment and discharge plans, facilitating individual, group, and family therapy sessions, maintaining accurate clinical documentation, managing an assigned caseload, collaborating with multidisciplinary treatment teams, and supporting discharge and aftercare planning. The ideal candidate is compassionate, patient-focused, and committed to delivering high-quality care while prioritizing patient safety in either an inpatient or outpatient setting.
Pay: $33.06 to $49.59

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/SKILL REQUIREMENTS:
· Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling or other recognized therapeutic field required.
· Two or more years’ experience as a therapist with one or more years’ experience with the specific population of the facility required.
