We are currently looking to hire a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner. This position is 100% remote.  The Senior Talent Acquisition Partner is a highly skilled talent acquisition professional that provides end-to-end support for key talent pools, hard to fill markets, and complex hiring environments. Their responsibilities include identifying, sourcing, screening, and interviewing applicants that align with Acadia’s talent strategy. The Senior Talent Acquisition Partner serves as resource and business partner with the hiring managers and other talent acquisition team members. The Senior Talent Acquisition Partner participates in the development of recruitment strategies and process improvements and helps to mentor and guide team members on talent acquisition best practices.  

Responsibilities

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Responsible for recruitment of high volume and / or management level openings
  • Significant sourcing experience across multiple job types; must be able to source over 50% of candidates regularly and provide sourcing strategies that drive positive employee outcomes
  • Wholistic support of the talent cycle for assigned requisitions, including sourcing, screening, and submittal best practices
  • Engage with the business on talent acquisition best practices and support
  • Manage complex customer relationship and provide expertise for talent needs
  • Interact with all levels of leadership
  • Tracking and monitoring confidential candidate information
  • Assist with department projects to move the talent acquisition function forward
  • Managing daily information/candidate data tracking
  • Act as mentor to other recruiters

Qualifications

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/SKILL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Undergraduate degree preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of job-related experience; healthcare talent acquisition or executive search experience preferred
  • Proven experience successfully managing complex accounts and markets
  • Expertise with sourcing and candidate generation tools
  • Advanced computer skills including Microsoft Office; especially Word, Outlook, and Excel
  • Ability to work professionally with sensitive, proprietary data & information while maintaining confidentiality.
  • Experience working with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) or Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
  • Ability to work autonomously
  • Ability to prioritize and plan in a fast-paced setting
  • Excellent interpersonal skills including the ability to interact effectively and professionally with individuals at all levels; both internal and external and a customer-oriented attitude.
  • Exercises sound judgment in responding to inquiries; understands when to route inquiries to next level.
  • Self-motivated with strong organizational skills and superior attention to detail.
  • Must be able to manage multiple tasks/projects simultaneously within inflexible time frames.  Ability to adapt to frequent priority changes.
  •  Ability to collaborate effectively with others
  • Strong sense of urgency.
  • Capable of working within established policies, procedures and practices prescribed by the organization.
  • English sufficient to provide and receive instructions/directions.
