Corporate Project Chief Nursing Officer
The Corporate Project Chief Nursing Officer will play a vital role in supporting and traveling to various Acadia facilities across the country. In this capacity, the Project CNO will assume the role of CNO at facilities facing staffing vacancies and/or offer extended onsite assistance to interim CNOs to facilitate a seamless transition until a permanent CNO is appointed. This position holds significant importance in safeguarding the stability of front-line nursing teams during the recruitment process.
The Project CNO will play a vital role in the strategic leadership and management of our nursing teams across various Acute Behavioral Health Hospitals. Your expertise will drive clinical excellence, compliance with regulatory standards, and the overall enhancement of patient care outcomes. A core aspect of this role is maintaining a consistently positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers throughout all interactions.
