PURPOSE STATEMENT:
The Senior Provider Recruiter is a highly skilled talent acquisition professional that provides end-to-end support for Physician and Mid-Level Provider recruiting in hard to fill markets and complex hiring environments. Their responsibilities include identifying, sourcing, screening, and interviewing applicants that align with Acadia’s talent strategy. The Senior Provider Recruiter serves as resource and business partner with the hiring managers and other talent acquisition team members. The Senior Provider Recruiter participates in the development of recruitment strategies and process improvements and helps to mentor and guide team members on talent acquisition best practices.
