Location: This is an onsite position located at the Coachella Valley Behavioral Health facility
PURPOSE STATEMENT:
As a key member of the leadership team, the HR Director will lead the Human Resource initiatives to provide an employee oriented, high-performance culture that emphasizes empowerment, quality, productivity and standards, goal attainment and organizational growth.

Compensation for roles at Coachella Behavioral Health varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Coachella Valley Behavioral Health provides a reasonable hourly range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California as set forth below.
CVBH Range = $100,000-$120,000 - Depending on Experience
