The Talent Acquisition Partner II is a dynamic talent partner that provides end-to-end talent acquisition service to their assigned business line. They are responsible for identifying, sourcing, screening and interviewing applicants for employment while maintaining a best-in-class candidate experience. The Talent Acquisition Partner II serves as resource and business partner with business line and enterprise partners to develop and drive talent outcomes for key talent pools.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/SKILL REQUIREMENTS:
· Undergraduate degree preferred
· 1-5 years of previous experience in talent acquisition, recruiting, or staffing is required
· Account management and hiring manager relationship building is a must
· Previous experience sourcing candidates and knowledge of sourcing best practices
· Advanced computer skills including Microsoft Office; especially Word, Outlook, and Excel
· Ability to work professionally with sensitive, proprietary data & information while maintaining confidentiality.
· Experience working with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) or Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system
· Ability to prioritize and plan in a fast-paced setting.
· Excellent interpersonal skills including the ability to interact effectively and professionally with individuals at all levels; both internal and external and a customer-oriented attitude.
· Exercises sound judgment in responding to inquiries; understands when to route inquiries to next level.
· Self-motivated with strong organizational skills and superior attention to detail.
· Must be able to manage multiple tasks/projects simultaneously within inflexible time frames. Ability to adapt to frequent priority changes.
· Ability to collaborate effectively with others.
· Strong sense of urgency.
· Capable of working within established policies, procedures and practices prescribed by the organization.
· English sufficient to provide and receive instructions/directions.
