Capalina Comprehensive Treatment Center (CTC), located in San Marcos, CA, is part of Acadia Healthcare's Comprehensive Treatment Centers, the leading provider of medication-assisted treatment in the nation. Our clinical team provides compassionate, high-quality counseling and therapy to patients that are seeking recovery from Opioid Use Disorder.
Your Job as a Case Manager:
The Case Manager is a clinical professional who manages the patients' cases with a solid background of clinical knowledge and expertise and may be responsible for providing some therapeutic services to patients. The Case Manager provides quality care through developing, implementing, managing and evaluating patient care plans.
Your Responsibilities as a Case Manager:
Compensation for roles at Capalina CTC varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Capalina CTC provides a reasonable hourly range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California as set forth below.
Role Location: California
Calculated Salary Range for role: $29.00 - $38.00 per hour.

Your Education, Skills, & Qualifications:
Preferred Experience:
Prefer previous experience in addiction recovery or behavioral health settings, such as outpatient, residential, or correctional facilities.
Familiarity with Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT), including methadone, buprenorphine, and naltrexone, and its role in recovery planning.
Experience providing case management services, including assessing client needs, developing individualized service plans, coordinating referrals, and connecting patients to community resources.
Knowledge of evidence-based practices such as Motivational Interviewing (MI), harm reduction, and trauma-informed care, with the ability to support clients through various stages of recovery.
Strong documentation skills, including timely and accurate maintenance of case notes, service plans, and progress summaries in compliance with state and federal guidelines.
Understanding of regulatory and confidentiality standards (e.g., 42 CFR Part 2, HIPAA, Joint Commission) related to substance use and behavioral health services.
Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team, including counselors, nursing staff, medical providers, and peer support specialists.
