Gifford Street Comprehensive Treatment Center (CTC), located in New Bedford, MA, is part of Acadia Healthcare's Comprehensive Treatment Centers—the nation's leader in medication-assisted treatment (MAT) for individuals seeking recovery from Opioid Use Disorder. We provide a continuum of care that includes Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT), Office-Based Addiction Treatment (OBAT), Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP), and mobile treatment units. Your Role as Nursing Supervisor:
The Nursing Supervisor is responsible for directing care for patients, facilitating work flows, serving as a resource for staff, and providing team leadership in an outpatient opioid treatment program (OTP) environment. The Nursing Supervisor maintains standards of professional nursing practice in accordance with clinic policy and procedures.

Role Responsibilities:
Compensation for roles at Gifford Street CTC varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific location, role, skill set, and level of experience. Gifford Street CTC provides a reasonable hourly range of compensation for roles that may be hired in Massachusetts as set forth below.
Role Location: Massachusetts
Calculated Salary Range for the role: $78,000.00 - $84,000.00 per year
Your Education, Skills, and Qualifications:
Ideal Experience:
Previous nursing experience in addiction recovery or behavioral health settings, such as outpatient, residential, or correctional facilities.
Familiarity with Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT), including the safe handling, administration, and documentation of methadone, buprenorphine, and naltrexone.
Experience in medication dispensing, monitoring patient dosing, and observing for adverse reactions or medication interactions.
Understanding of nursing best practices related to substance use treatment, including trauma-informed care and harm reduction principles.
Accurate and timely documentation of medication administration records (MARs), patient vitals, and incident reports in accordance with state and federal guidelines.
Knowledge of regulatory compliance requirements (e.g., DEA, 42 CFR Part 2, HIPAA, and Joint Commission standards) related to controlled substances and patient care.
Proven ability to collaborate within a multidisciplinary team, including physicians, counselors, case managers, and support staff to ensure coordinated, patient-centered care.
