Escondido Comprehensice Treatment Center (CTC), located in Escondido, CA is part of Acadia Healthcare's Comprehensive Treatment Centers, the leading provider of medication-assisted treatment in the nation. Our clinical team provides compassionate, high-quality counseling and therapy to patients that are seeking recovery from Opioid Use Disorder.
Your Job as a Case Manager:
The Case Manager is a clinical professional who manages the patients' cases with a solid background of clinical knowledge and expertise and may be responsible for providing some therapeutic services to patients. The Case Manager provides quality care through developing, implementing, managing and evaluating patient care plans.
Your Responsibilities as a Case Manager:
Compensation for roles at Escondido CTC varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Escondido CTC provides a reasonable hourly range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California as set forth below.
Role Location: California
Calculated Salary Range for role: $29.00 - $38.00 per hour

Your Skills and Qualifications as a Case Manager:
Ideal Experience:
Previous experience providing case management or care coordination services in addiction recovery, behavioral health, or related settings (e.g., outpatient, residential, or correctional facilities).
Familiarity with Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) programs and protocols, including support for patients prescribed methadone, buprenorphine, or naltrexone.
Experience conducting psychosocial assessments, developing individualized service plans, and linking patients to appropriate community resources and support services.
Working knowledge of evidence-based practices relevant to care coordination, such as Motivational Interviewing (MI), harm reduction strategies, and relapse prevention planning.
Strong documentation skills, including maintaining case notes, service plans, and progress updates in compliance with state and federal guidelines.
Understanding of regulatory requirements and confidentiality laws (e.g., HIPAA, 42 CFR Part 2, and Joint Commission standards).
Proven ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team, including counselors, medical providers, and peer support staff.
