We are currently seeking a Director of Nursing (DON) to lead our nursing team and ensure clinical excellence during a period of leadership transition. Yellow Rock Behavioral Health located in Springdale, AR, is a 133-bed residential treatment center for children and adolescents (ages 12–17) who are working through complex behavioral health challenges. Our team provides structured, evidence-based care designed to help young people heal, grow, and return to their communities with stronger coping skills and support systems.
What would you do in this role?
The DON will be a key member of the team at Yellow Rock Recovery. The DON directs, plans, coordinates, monitors, and supervises nursing and the delivery of behavioral health/nursing services. We are looking for someone that provides a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude.

You'll work closely with corporate recruiting to help attract the best talent for your facility, and you'll be paired with a Corporate Nurse Leader who will mentor and guide you in your role.
