We are currently seeking a Temporary Director of Nursing (DON) to lead our nursing team and ensure clinical excellence during a period of leadership transition. This temporary Director of Nursing position offers the possibility of becoming permanent, depending on performance and alignment with organizational needs.
Yellow Rock Behavioral Health located in Springdale, AR, is a 133-bed residential treatment center for children and adolescents (ages 12–17) who are working through complex behavioral health challenges. Our team provides structured, evidence-based care designed to help young people heal, grow, and return to their communities with stronger coping skills and support systems.
As the Temporary DON, you’ll play a vital leadership role in overseeing the daily operations of the nursing department. You’ll collaborate with the interdisciplinary treatment team to ensure high-quality care, maintain compliance with all regulations, and lead with compassion and accountability.
