Director of Risk Management – New Behavioral Health Hospital in Jacksonville, FL
As a key member of the leadership team, the Director of Risk Management wil plan, organize, direct, and oversee all aspects of risk management activities, promote a safe environment for the protection of patients, clients, employees, and visitors to the facility in such a manner as to comply with laws, regulations, and regulatory agencies. Will also identify risks that could potentially result in harm to patients, staff or visitors or lead to litigation or negative media or various forms of loss. This will be for our newly constructed 144-bed behavioral health hospital in St. Johns, Florida—just outside Jacksonville. Coastal Pines will be a modern, purpose-built facility and a cornerstone of behavioral health care in Northeast Florida, designed to meet the growing demand for high-quality psychiatric services in the region. The hospital will offer a full continuum of services including inpatient psychiatric care, Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP), Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP), and Electroconvulsive Therapy (ECT).
