Responsibilities

What You’ll Do 

 

  • Shape Strategy: Design and lead Acadia’s compensation philosophy, salary structures, and incentive programs. 
  • Drive Insights: Use market data and analytics to ensure fairness and competitiveness. 
  • Ensure Compliance: Oversee governance and regulatory adherence for all compensation programs. 
  • Collaborate & Influence: Partner with HR, Finance, and senior leadership to align pay practices with business goals. 
  • Lead & Inspire: Develop and mentor a high-performing compensation team. 

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For 

 

  • Bachelor’s degree required; CCP preferred. 
  • 10+ years in HR/Total Rewards leadership, including 5+ years managing teams. 
  • Expertise in executive compensation, incentive design, and compliance. 
  • Advanced analytical skills and proficiency in HRIS and data tools (Excel, Workday, SAP).
