Responsibilities

Your Impact

As Director of Employee Experience, you’ll design and deliver programs that shape the entire employee lifecycle—from onboarding to leadership development. You’ll lead a talented team and partner with senior leaders to foster trust, engagement, and performance across the organization.

 

What You’ll Do

  • Champion Employee Relations: Ensure fair, consistent practices and resolve workplace issues with integrity.
  • Optimize HR Operations: Drive excellence in onboarding, offboarding, and policy management.
  • Lead Learning & Development: Build scalable programs for career growth and leadership readiness.
  • Inspire Teams: Develop HR professionals and foster collaboration.
  • Leverage Data: Use insights to improve engagement and retention.

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For

  • Education: Bachelor’s in HR, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • Experience: 6+ years in HR, including 3+ years in management.
  • Certifications: SHRM-SCP or SPHR preferred.
  • Skills: Strategic thinker, excellent communicator, data-driven decision maker.
