Lawrence Comprehensive Treatment Center (CTC), located in Lawrence, MA is part of Acadia Healthcare's Comprehensive Treatment Centers—the nation's leader in medication-assisted treatment (MAT) for individuals seeking recovery from Opioid Use Disorder. We provide a continuum of care that includes Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT), Office-Based Addiction Treatment (OBAT), Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP), and mobile treatment units. Our approach to holistic addiction care extends beyond clinical treatment, incorporating recovery coaching, community outreach and partnerships to ensure patients receive comprehensive, patient-centered support.

Your Job as an Office Assistant:
The Administrative Support role will perform various administrative functions assigned in accordance with the office procedures of the clinic. Responsibilities may include answering telephones, bookkeeping, typing or word processing, office machine operation, and filing.
Job Responsibilities:
Compensation for roles at Lawrence CTC varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific location, role, skill set, and level of experience. Lawrence CTC provides a reasonable hourly range of compensation for roles that may be hired in Massachusetts as set forth below.
Role Location: Massachusetts
Calculated Salary Range for the role: $21.00 - $ 21.63 per hour

Your Education, Skills, and Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required
Previous administrative experience in a healthcare setting
Comfortable working in an opioid treatment program (OTP) / recovery environment
Skilled in answering phones, greeting patients, and providing front-desk support
Experience with billing processes, patient check-in, and appointment scheduling
Proficient with computer systems, word processing, and basic data entry
Familiarity with office equipment and general clerical duties (scanning, faxing, filing)
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask
Professional and courteous communication skills (in person, by phone, and in writing)
Ability to maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA and 42 CFR Part 2 regulations
Dependable, team-oriented mindset with a focus on supporting clinical staff and patients
