About Bayside Marin:

 

Bayside Marin is a premier addiction and behavioral health treatment center located in San Rafael, CA. They offer personalized detox, residential, outpatient, dual-diagnosis, and holistic care services. The facility is known for its serene setting, clinical excellence, and a focus on private, executive-level treatment

 

 

How will we support you in this role?

 

Although our hospitals operate independently, you'll never be alone. From the very start, you'll receive support from our Corporate team. You'll work closely with corporate recruiting to help attract the best talent for your facility, and you'll be paired with a Corporate Nurse Leader who will mentor and guide you in your role. For those interested in advancing their careers, we also offer a CEO In-Training program for those who aspire to lead a hospital in the future.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and set the strategic direction for nursing care delivery.
  • Supervise and support nursing staff, ensuring high performance and development.
  • Collaborate across departments to meet patient needs and resolve concerns.
  • Manage staffing based on patient acuity and census changes.
  • Ensure compliance with clinical, regulatory, and quality standards.
  • Oversee nursing operations, including budgeting, hiring, training, and performance management.
  • Drive a culture focused on safety, service, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or higher strongly preferred.  
  • Current registered nursing license in State of facility required.
  • 6 + years’ experience as a registered nurse preferred.
  • 3 years of registered nursing experience required.
  • Two years of experience in behavioral health as a Registered Nurse preferred.
  • One year experience in behavioral health/psychiatric/addiction recovery environment (inpatient or outpatient) or relatable experience required.
  • Prior DON or Nurse Manager experience preferred.
  • Two years of progressive leadership or management experience required.

 

*Only candidates with Behavioral Health experience as an RN in an inpatient psychiatric setting will be considered for this role.*

CA Salary range: $150,000 - $175,000 annually
