Seeking: LPN Dispensing Nurse
Part Time (32 Hours per week):
- Monday - Friday, 5:45 AM - 12:00 PM
- No weekends, evenings, or on-call shifts

Your Job as LPN Charge Nurse:
The Charge Nurse is responsible for overseeing a nursing work group for a specified shift in an outpatient opioid treatment program (OTP) recovery environment, while maintaining the standards of professional a nursing practice in accordance with clinic policy and procedures. The Charge Nurse is also responsible for directing care to patients, facilitating workflows, serving as a clinical resource for staff, and providing team leadership on a shift-to-shift basis.

Job Responsibilities:
- Provides direct care for patients, as well as monitors and coordinates other nurses and members of the staff on the daily medical or behavioral health care activities of the clinic
- Schedules staff to ensure full coverage at all times and to ensure effective application of services.
- Leads, guides, and trains employees performing work.
- Oversees and provides direct nursing evaluation, consultation, and other related care to patients, as required.
- Coordinates services and maintains communication with other departments or staff, as required.
- Accurately and timely completes and maintains required documentation.
- Oversees quality assurance activities and compliance to operational standards, participates in program development, development, or implementation of operating policy and procedure, and promotes continuous improvement of workplace safety and environmental practices, as requested.
- May be required to administer medications per physician/provider orders, accurately documents medication administration, and ensure accurate count of controlled substance medication administration on required documents.
- May be required to perform blood and other specimen collection and processing, and reading test results as ordered by Program Physicians.
- Based on the clinic service model, may be required to transport medication to other locations and/or work on a CTC Mobile Unit.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
