Acadia Healthcare Comprehensive Treatment Centers (CTC Division)

 

 

Your Role as a Regional Vice President:


The Regional Vice President (RVP) will serve as a key member of the CTC Division’s leadership team, responsible for the operational, financial, and clinical performance of assigned facilities across multiple states. This executive will oversee a large, complex, multi-site business with full P&L accountability, ensuring that strategic goals are achieved while maintaining the highest standards of patient care and regulatory compliance.


Reporting directly to the CTC Chief Operating Officer, the RVP will lead Regional Directors and Clinic Directors, driving performance across all facets of operations, financial management, and clinical quality.

 

Location: Multi-State Region (WV, MS, LA, GA, NV, AZ, OK, KS, NC, SC, KY, TN, FL)

 

Travel Requirement: Up to 75%. This is a remote-based leadership role requiring regular travel across the assigned region.

Your Responsibilities as a Regional Vice President:

 

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute regional strategies that align with divisional goals, optimizing patient outcomes, operational performance, and financial success.
  • Operational Oversight: Ensure efficient, compliant, and high-quality operations across all facilities; maintain excellence in care delivery and adherence to regulatory standards.
  • Financial Performance: Drive revenue growth, patient census expansion, and margin improvement while maintaining fiscal discipline.
  • Growth and Development: Identify, evaluate, and integrate new opportunities including De Novo expansions and acquisitions; lead integration to achieve operational success within targeted timelines.
  • Talent Leadership: Recruit, develop, and mentor high-performing Regional and Clinic Directors; foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with functional leaders in Clinical, Finance, HR, and Compliance to ensure operational readiness, scalability, and strategic alignment.
  • External Relations: Build and sustain relationships with community partners, referral sources, and key stakeholders to strengthen market presence and promote patient access.
  • Continuous Improvement: Establish benchmarks, assess performance metrics, and implement process enhancements to drive efficiency and quality of care.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree (MBA, MHA, or related field) strongly preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare operations, behavioral health, or multi-site management.
