Woonsocket CTC, part of Acadia Healthcare’s nationwide network of Comprehensive Treatment Centers, provides Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) for individuals recovering from opioid use disorder. Our holistic approach includes OBAT, IOP, and mobile treatment units, with a strong focus on patient-centered, evidence-based recovery and community partnerships.

Schedule:
Full-Time | Monday - Friday, 5:30 AM - 2:00 PM
Occasional weekends for outreach/events

Your Role:
The RN Nurse Supervisor / Health Homes Coordinator oversees daily nursing operations, manages case loads, ensures compliance with state and federal regulations, supervises staff, and supports quality patient care in an outpatient opioid treatment program (OTP).

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise, coach, and schedule nursing and clinical staff
• Manage case loads and ensure high-quality, coordinated patient care
• Lead quality assurance and compliance activities
• Oversee medical record documentation and medication dispensing
• Support hiring, training, and performance development
• Collaborate with internal teams and external community partners
• Engage in community outreach and resource coordination

Compensation for roles at Woonsocket CTC varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to the specific location, role, skill set, and level of experience. Woonsocket CTC provides a reasonable hourly range of compensation for roles that may be hired in Rhode Island, as set forth below.

Role Location: Rhode Island
Calculated Salary Range for the role: $77,000.00 - $87,000.00/yr.

Qualifications:

• Active RN license in Rhode Island
• Master’s degree required
• Must have experience in Case Management, managing caseloads, and supervisory leadership
• Preferred: Experience in community outreach and connecting patients to local resources
• 2+ years of nursing experience (behavioral health preferred)
• 1+ year of supervisory or case management experience
• No history of substance misuse within the past 3 years

Preferred Experience:

• Medication-Assisted Treatment (methadone, buprenorphine, naltrexone)
• Behavioral health or addiction recovery settings (outpatient, residential, correctional)
• Knowledge of trauma-informed care, harm reduction, and regulatory compliance (DEA, HIPAA, Joint Commission)
