Are you a quality‑driven healthcare leader passionate about patient safety, regulatory excellence, and clinical program fidelity? We’re looking for an experienced Group Director of Quality to help elevate care standards across multiple behavioral health facilities.

 

Location: Corporate Remote

Work Style: Up to 50% Travel

What you’ll do:

• Lead and mentor Division Quality Directors
• Drive regulatory readiness and survey success (Joint Commission, CMS, CARF, state/federal standards)
• Strengthen patient safety, patient experience, and performance improvement initiatives
• Partner closely with facility, division, and corporate leadership
• Support growth initiatives including new facility openings, expansions, and acquisitions
• Champion innovation and best‑practice adoption across quality and compliance functions

 

 

What we’re looking for:
✔ Bachelor’s degree required (Master’s preferred)
✔ 5+ years of senior leadership experience in psychiatric or behavioral healthcare operations
✔ Deep expertise in healthcare regulations, accreditation, and quality improvement methodologies
✔ A collaborative, strategic leader who thrives in dynamic environments

✔  Ability to travel up to 50%
