North Port Behavioral Health is a Premier Mental Health and Substance Misuse Hospital and we are seeking passionate Registered Nurses to work at our facility in North Port, FL. Your day-to-day would be helping those suffering from mental health or substance use disorders. North Port Behavioral Health is a brand new 144-bed inpatient psychiatric hospital that offers 24-hour nursing care for those struggling with behavioral disorders and addiction disorders.
Day in the life of a Registered Nurse (RN):
As an RN at North Port Behavioral, your day-to-day will consist of: interacting with patients and their families, treatment planning, completing shift reports, rounding/monitoring in the milieu, medication administration, checking in with BHAs, following up on incidents, completing nursing assessments and ensuring regulatory compliance, etc.
Population: Adolescents (13-17), Adults (18+), and Seniors (55+)
Work Schedule and Hours: 12-hour shifts available for PRN.
