Your Impact
As Director of Nursing, you will oversee daily nursing operations and elevate clinical quality across the facility. You will:

  • Lead and manage nursing teams to ensure high‑quality, patient‑centered care
  • Provide coaching, development, and mentorship to nurse leaders and staff
  • Ensure compliance with TJC, CMS, and state regulations
  • Oversee staffing, scheduling, and workforce planning
  • Monitor clinical outcomes and drive quality improvement initiatives
  • Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to support treatment goals
  • Participate in leadership meetings and support strategic decision‑making

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred
  • Active RN license in the state required
  • Minimum 3 years RN experience (6+ years preferred)
  • Behavioral health nursing experience:
    • 1 year required (inpatient, outpatient, psychiatric, addiction recovery, or related)
    • 2 years preferred
  • Prior DON or Nurse Manager experience preferred
  • 2 years of progressive leadership or management experience required
