Conway Behavioral Health Hospital is a premier source of inpatient and outpatient mental health services for individuals and families throughout the Little Rock North Metro area. Our facility in Conway, Arkansas, provides comprehensive, personalized care for adolescents and adults of all genders who have been struggling with mental health concerns such as anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, and posttraumatic stress disorder (PTSD). We also care for individuals who have a primary mental health diagnosis and a co-occurring substance use disorder. Depending on each person's specific needs, treatment at Conway Behavioral Health Hospital may include, basic medical care, medication management, individual therapy, family therapy, several types of group therapy, and multiple experiential therapies.

Conway Behavioral Health is currently seeking a dynamic and compassionate Assistant Director of Admissions to join our team and direct the facility admissions activities by driving the admissions process, developing, implementing and maintaining revenue-generating strategies.
The Assistant Admissions Director is an integral part of the leadership to the Admissions Department and cultivates the function of the department as an integrated team. In addition, the Assistant Director will conduct quality assurance and quality improvement programs for all crisis triage, evaluation, intake, and admission services.
