The Director of Admissions plays a critical leadership role in ensuring timely, efficient, and patient-centered access to care. This position oversees all admissions and intake operations, partners closely with clinical leadership to ensure appropriate placement and medical necessity, and leads a high-performing admissions team focused on responsiveness, accuracy, and compassionate engagement. The Director also serves as a key liaison with referral sources, payers, and internal departments to support census growth while maintaining regulatory compliance and an exceptional patient and family experience from first contact through admission.
