PURPOSE STATEMENT:   The Division Manager, Admissions Services directs the remote facility admissions activities by driving the admissions process, implementing, and maintaining revenue-generating strategies. The Division Manager is responsible for leading, coaching and developing a team of Corporate Admissions Specialists.  The Division Manager will be working within the assigned Divisions to develop strategies to attain budgeted census and drive increased patient access to services.  Division Manager will be responsible for driving the overall performance, management, and compliance of their team of Corporate Admissions Specialists.  The Division Manager will implement goals, procedures, and protocols to measure, assess, and improve quality of the admissions process in coordination with the Group Director, Admissions Services.   The Division Manager, Admissions serves as key liaison between leadership and their Division team in order to improve the performance of associated facilities.  Division Manager, Admissions positively represents Acadia in the behavioral health community by cultivating relationships to attract business opportunities to the organization and foster strategic partnerships.

PURPOSE STATEMENT:  The Project DCS will be supporting and traveling to Acadia facilities around the country to provide clinical leadership. The Project DCS will act as the DCSC at facilities that have a vacancy and/or will provide periodic extended onsite support to an interim leader and will help to facilitate a smooth transition once a permanent clinical leader is hired.  The Project DCS will be responsible for directing, planning, coordinating, monitoring and supervising the effective and efficient use of the operations of clinical services, other departments and the delivery of behavioral health/nursing services in a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times. The Project DCS will supervise the clinical team and will collaborate with interdisciplinary treatment teams, other departments and administration to ensure that all residents’ physical, biopsychosocial, age, developmental and cultural needs are met and when they are not met, acknowledges and works to resolve customer complaints.   Provide leadership to assure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, as well as clinical best practices. Recognizes that patient safety is a top priority.
